摘要 :本文首先简单介绍了光催化剂的发展,然后提出研究铋系类催化剂必要性。在铋系类催化剂中BiOX(Cl,Br,I)具有很好的研究前景但BiOX(Cl,Br,I)单独的催化效果并不是十分理想。因此,本论文首先采用一步水热法合成了BiOX(Cl,Br,I)的单体,然后采用两步水热法合成了BiOBr/BiOI和BiOCl/BiOBr两种复合物,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD) 、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外可见分光仪对样品进行了表征。实验最佳的条件是:单体放入反应釜中的反应温度是160 ℃,反应时间12 h.在制备复合物时第二部采用的反应温度是100 ℃,反应时间18 h.有利于制得比较好的样品。40035 毕业论文关键词:光催化剂;BiOX(Cl,Br,I)单体及其复合物;水热法;
Design, Synthesis and Properties of the New Type of Catalyst
Abstract:This paper introduces the development of photocatalyst first and then put forword that it is necessary to study the bismuth catalyst.But the catalytic effect of BiOX (Cl, Br, I) is not very ideal.Therefore, in this paper, BiOX (Cl, Br, I) was synthesized by one step hydrothermal method of the monomer, and then by two step hydrothermal method synthesized BiOBr/BiOI and BiOCl/BiBr two compounds,using X ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM),UV Vis spectrometer to characterize the samples.The best condition of the experiment is: the monomer into the reaction temperature in the reactor is 160℃, and the reaction time of 12 h. complexes in the system second is used in 100℃, the reaction time of 18h.This is conducive to better prepared samples.
