摘要:本论文主要研究了取代香豆素的合成,我们分别尝试了不同的反应溶剂、不同的催化剂、不同量和不同反应温度下的该反应,最终寻求出了最佳反应条件。在最佳反应条件下,利用4-羟基香豆素与一系列取代的醛反应,得到一系列的香豆素衍生物,并通过NMR进行了结构表征。此方法简单实用,可用以合成克级或更大规模的新颖香豆素结构。40221 毕业论文关键词:香豆素、取代的醛、合成
Copper-Catalyzed Multi-Components Synthesis of Substituted Coumarin Derivatives
Abstract: This thesis mainly studies the synthesis of substituted coumarin. We tried different reaction solvents, catalysts, different quantity and different reaction temperatures, and ultimately seek out the optimal reaction conditions. In this reaction process, 4-hydroxycoumarin reacts with a series of substituted aldehyde, giving different substituted coumarins derivatives which was confirmed by NMR spectra. This method is simple and practical, can be used to synthesize gram or more large-scale structure of the novel coumarin.
