摘要:聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)是一种结晶性聚合物[1]。纳米纤文具有较高比表面积,将PVDF加工成纳米纤文,可在化工、医药、电池、光催化领域展现出一定的用途[2]。本文主要采用静电纺丝的方法来制备定向的PVDF纳米纤文,研究了在其他条件不变时不同浓度对制的PVDF纳米纤文形态的影响。在制备过程中改变PVDF浓度,使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)制纤文进行形态表征。其中,对纺丝液浓度等因素对PVDF纳米纤文结构与性能的影响做了重点讨论。 本论文中的PVDF纳米纤文是使用静电纺丝方法制备的,在纺丝时电源高压设置为15 kV,针头距离锡箔纸26.2 cm条件下,当温度一定时,大气压一定时,研究了纤文直径在不同浓度时的形态结构。实验结果表明,溶剂DMF和丙酮是1比1的比例时,浓度为18 %时的PVDF溶液,制备的纤文形态最满足我们实验的目的。41146 毕业论文关键词:聚偏氟乙烯;扫描电镜;静电纺丝技术;形态表征;性能
The Preparation and Performance Study of Directional PVDF Nanofibers
Abstract: Poly (vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) is a crystalline polymer. Nano fibers have high specific surface area, PVDF could be fabricated into nanofibers, and can be used in the field of chemical, pharmaceutical, batteries, photocatalytic. In this paper, we adopt the method of electrospinning technique to the preparation of directional PVDF nanofibers, different concentration was be tested for the effect on t PVDF nanofibers morphology. The results indicated that the process of preparation of PVDF concentration could affect the morphology. In addition, we test the morphology using a scanning electron microscope (SEM) for fibers.Our results demonstrated that the spinning solution concentration on the influence of structure and performance of PVDF nanofibers. In addition, the experimental results show that the suitable condition is the solvent of DMF and acetone is 1 to 1 ratio, concentration of PVDF solution is 18 %.
