摘要:钝化剂是一种常见的金属防腐蚀剂,目前大多数工业应用的金属及镀层金属(如铁、锌、铝、锡、铅、镁等及其合金)均可在规定的化学反应中生成化学转换膜,用于提高金属耐蚀性。化学转换膜有多种处理方式,主要有磷化和铬酸盐钝化等。本课题论文以过氧化氢为主要成分,适当加入漂洗剂——柠檬酸,来研制出一种无铬钝化剂,并初步探讨该钝化剂的使用条件,分析影响钝化剂效果的主要因素。实验证明,在过氧化氢钝化中, 当过氧化氢剂量在0. 3%~ 0.5% ( 初始浓度) , 钝化液pH 为9.0~10. 0, 钝化液温度为50℃~60 ℃, 钝化时间达到 4 h, 柠檬酸溶液为4%时,就可以取得优良的钝化效果。7048

Development of no chromium passivation agent
Abstract:Passivating agent is a kind of common metal corrosion inhibitor, most industrial applications of metal and metal coating (such as iron, zinc, aluminum, tin, lead, magnesium and its alloy) can generate chemical conversion film on the chemical reaction rules, used to improve the corrosion resistance of metal. Chemical conversion film with various processing methods, mainly phosphating and passivation etc.. This topic using hydrogen peroxide as main ingredients, adding proper rinsing agent -- citric acid, to develop a chromium-free passivating agent, and explore the passivation agent operating conditions, the analysis of main factors affecting passivation effect. Experiments show that, in the hydrogen peroxide passivation, when the dose of hydrogen peroxide in the 0.3% ~ 0.5% (initial concentration), passivation liquid pH 9 ~ 10, passivation liquid temperature is 50 ℃ ~ 60 ℃, passivation time reaches 4 h, citric acid solution is 4%, you can get excellent passivation effect.
