摘要:本论文主要介绍了二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠分光光度法测定工业废水中总铜的含量以及邻菲罗啉分光光度法测定工业废水中的总铁含量的实验方法。在测定铜含量的实验中发现,用吐温80代替萃取剂四氯化碳更加的快捷、高效;并且通过实际数据的比较,讨论出改进方法中络合化物稳定性更佳。在废水中铁含量的测定实验中参照国标(GB7474-87)方法,发现通过将各试剂的配比变为10%盐酸羟胺3mL,0.1%邻二氮菲5mL,1mol/L醋酸钠缓冲溶液3mL可使高铁离子还原的更完全,稳定性更好,其测定精密度和准确度较高,适宜在工业废水检测系统中推广以及使用。7399

Detection of Iron And Copper Ions In Industrial Waste Water By Spectrophotometer
Abstract: This thesis introduces the determination of waste water of industrial by diethyl dithiocarbamate spectrophotometric as well as the total content of copper phenanthroline spectrophotometry industrial waste water total iron content of the experimental method. Experiments in the determination of copper content found extractant with polysorbate instead of carbon tetrachloride more quickly and efficiently; and by comparison of the actual data, to discuss an improved method of complex compounds better stability. In the determination of iron content in wastewater experiments reference GB (GB7474-87) method, discovered by the ratio of the reagents becomes 10% hydroxylamine hydrochloride 3mL, 0.1% phenanthroline 5mL, 1mol / L sodium acetate buffer solution 3mL available reduction of the high iron more complete, better stability, its high measurement precision and accuracy, suitable for promotion of industrial waste water and the use of detection system.
