摘 要:用聚乙烯醇为原料,硼酸为交联剂,自由基聚合制备出聚乙烯醇水凝胶。探究了引发剂、温度、单体浓度对水凝胶溶胀性能的影响,同时探究了水凝胶在氯化钠溶液中的溶胀性能与水凝胶的失水性能。结果表明:单体浓度,交联剂用量,引发剂用量等多种因素对水凝胶的溶胀性能均有影响;在相同条件下,在盐溶液中的水凝胶的溶胀性能明显劣于在蒸馏水中,并且伴随着盐溶液浓度的增加,水凝胶的溶胀性能下降;75℃时,失水率随着时间变化先增加后趋于平衡。7612

Preparation of Poly-acrylic Acid Hydrogel
Abstract: Using Polyvinyl Alcohol, as starting materials, Isophthaloyl dichloride as the crosslinker and ammonium persulfate as the initiator, Polyvinyl Alcohol hydrogel (PVA) was synthesized by free-radical-initiated polymerization. Then I further studied the influences of crosslinker , initiator, temperature on the properties of the hydrogel swelling, at the same time, I inspected the hydrogel swelling performance in the salt solution, and I also inspected the water loss performance . The results show that hydrogel swelling performance is affected by many factors; Under the same conditions, the properties of the hydrogel swelling in distilled water is obviously better than in the salt solution; When the temperature is 75℃, water loss rate first increases then tends to be balanced as time changes.
