摘 要:纳米纤文具有极高的长径比、比表面积大、孔隙率高、可控的形貌结构,其作为组织工程支架、药物释放载体、创伤辅料等已得到广泛应用。本文采用静电纺丝技术制备出左旋聚乳酸PLLA纳米纤文;并且通过改变PLLA浓度、电场强度、温度、推进速度等条件制备不同形貌与结构的聚乳酸纳米纤文;探究在常温常压下不同浓度、流速、湿度对纤文形貌的影响;采用扫描电子显微镜( SEM)对其结构,形貌及直径分布进行了表征与分析。 关键词:静电纺丝;左旋聚乳酸(PLLA);纳米纤文;粒径分析8123
Preparation and Properties of PLLA Nanofibers Film
Abstract: Nano-fibers with a high aspect ratio, large surface area, porosity, controllable morphologies, as tissue engineering scaffolds, drug delivery carriers, trauma and other accessories have been widely used. This article was prepared using electrospinning PLLA nanofibers; PLLA and by changing the concentration of the electric field strength, temperature, speed and other conditions to promote the preparation of different morphology and structure of polylactic acid nanofibers; Explore different concentrations, flow rate, temperature and pressure under the influence of humidity on fiber morphology; using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and its structure, morphology and size distribution were characterized and analyzed.
