摘要近年来,氨基修饰的介孔材料作为一种具有发展前景的CO2捕获材料,引起了国际材料科学界的广泛关注。介孔TiO2具有较大的比表面积,使其具有普通TiO2粉体无法比拟的优良吸附性能和光吸收性能,是一种很有应用潜力的材料。59871

本文采用水热法,以钛酸丁酯为钛源,十八胺为模板剂制备了锐钛矿型介孔TiO2,并通过浸渍法将不同质量的乙二胺负载到介孔TiO2上得到一系列吸附剂。采用XRD、BET、IR等手段对样品进行了表征,研究分析了样品改性前后的结构、性质的变化。

在相同条件下考察了氨基负载量、吸附温度以及水汽含量对吸附剂的CO2动态吸附性能的影响,结果表明:在一定范围内,样品的CO2吸附容量随氨基负载量的增加而增大,且适当的水汽存在有利于CO2的吸附。在60~80℃范围内,CO2吸附容量随着吸附温度的升高先增大后减小。此外还研究了在干燥和有水汽存在的情况下吸附剂对CO2的循环吸附-脱附性能以及脱附温度对CO2脱附速率的影响,其结果表明:水汽的存在不利于吸附剂的循环吸附-脱附性能,会导致吸附剂的吸附容量降低,升高脱附温度有利于缩短脱附所需时间。

Title  Synthesis, characterization and CO2 adsorption properties of amine-modified mesoporous titanium dioxide adsorbent

Abstract

Recently, amine-modified mesoporous has gained attention in material science field as a promising solid sorbent for CO2 capture. Mesoporous TiO2 is regarded as a potentially useful materials due to its lager surface area, as well as better adsorption and light absorption performance compared with those of conventional TiO2 powders.

In the present paper, anatase mesoporous TiO2 was prepared by a hydrothermal process with Ti(OBu)4 as a starting material and octadecylamine as template. And obtained a series of adsorbent by impregnating different quality ethylenediamine onto the mesoporous TiO2. The resultant samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy as well as BET. 

The CO2 dynamic adsorption properties has studied in the case of different amount of amine loaded and different water vapor content. The results showed that CO2 adsorption capacity increases with the increasing of the amount of amine loaded, and the proper presence of moisture is conducive to adsorption. And CO2 fixation was investigated at the temperatures of 60, 70, and 80 °C. 70 °C was the optimal temperature. In addition, the adsorption/desorption behavior was studied in the absence/presence of moisture. The results showed that in the presence of moisture, the adsorption capacity decreases dramatically after 3 adsorption/desorption cycles. And we found that as the temperature of desorption rose, the time for desorption was shortened.
