摘 要:当今科技的发展,要求材料具有超微化、智能化、高密度储存、元件的高集成和超快传输等特性,这也为纳米技术和纳米材料应用提供了广阔的前景。二氧化锡作为一种特殊且具有多种用途的重要工业原料,已经显示出现实和潜在的巨大市场。
本论文先对二氧化锡的结构和性质进行研究,得到了其在纳米材料方面的重要性。后在对纳米二氧化锡气敏材料的气敏机理进行综述性阐述的基础之上,我们从传感器设计和气敏材料两个方面,重点分析了二氧化锡气体传感器气敏性能的影响因素,并且着重分析了利用当前的纳米技术制备二氧化锡传感器的研究进展,进而讨论了二氧化锡传感器的发展研究方向与应用前景。关键词:纳米材料;二氧化锡;气敏材料8272
Research Progress on SnO2 Gas Nanosensors
Abstract: With the development of science and technology, the material which possess the features of ultra-fine, intelligent, high density storage, components of high integration and ultrafast transmission is required. It also provides broad prospects for the application of nanotechnology and nanomaterials. As a special and multiple functions industrial raw material, SnO2 has shown the reality and potential huge market.
The structure and properties of SnO2 has been researched in the article, and we got its importance in the field of nanometer materials. We analysed the influencing factors of sensitive property of SnO2 gas-sensing from two sides, sensor design and sensitive materials, and mainly analyzed the research progress of tin oxide sensors used current nanotechnology, on the basis of review of the SnO2 gas-sensing mechanism, and the devolopment and reaserch direction as with its application prospect of tin oxide sensors is further discussed. The research direction and prospect of SnO2 gas sensor are further discussed.
