摘 要:在当今社会下,“低碳环保”、“可持续发展”已成为最热门的话题。本论文通过制备苯甲酸乙酯,来探究一种环保高效的催化剂---杂多酸。杂多酸已成为公认的高效环保的催化剂之一。以超细高岭土负载磷钨酸作催化剂,催化苯甲酸和无水乙醇反应来合成苯甲酸乙酯。通过考察了原料配比、催化剂用量、反应时间和带水剂用量对酯化反应酯化率的影响。本文不仅探究杂多酸的性质还探究苯甲酸乙酯的最佳合成条件。实验结果表明,催化剂具有易回收、可循环使用、环境污染少等特点。

Synthesis of Ethyl Benzoate with Supported
Phosphotungstic Acid
Abstract: In today's society, the "low carbon environmental protection" and "sustainable development" has become the hottest topic. In this paper, the preparation of benzoic acid ethyl ester, to explore a kind of environmental protection and efficient - heteropoly acid catalyst. Heteropoly acid has become recognized as one of the efficient environmentally friendly catalyst. With superfine kaolin load Phosphotungstic acid was used as a catalyst to catalyze the esterification reaction from benoic acid and ethanol to ethyl benzoate. The effect of the amount of the catalyst kaolin load Phosphotungstic acid and cyclohexane ,the reaction temperature the reaction time for the esterification rate were studied.This article not only explores the properties of the heteropoly acid also explore the optimum synthesis conditions of benzoic acid ethyl ester. The experimental results show that the catalyst has easy to recycle, recycled, less environmental pollution, etc.
