摘 要:噻唑类衍生物在自然界中存在很多,是广泛存在的杂环化合物之一。许多现代仪器的使用,让人们发现了更多的新型噻唑类化合物。这种化合物具有不错的药理和生物活性。很多重要的精细化工原料和中间体也是噻唑类杂环化合物,它在很多领域发挥着重要作用,如药物研发、香料、染料、食品添加剂和农药的研究。该类化合物的合成可经对溴苯甲醛与半胱胺盐酸盐或半胱氨酸酯盐酸盐的缩合反应来完成。8274
本论文设计了一系列的反应过程,为了找到最优的反应条件,我们对温度,反应溶剂,反应的碱,等条件都进行了探索。

Abstract: Thiazole derivatives exist in nature, is one of the heterocyclic compounds widely existing. By using modern instruments, people find more new diazoles compound. This kind of compounds with pharmacological and biological activity. Many important fine chemical raw materials intermediates and diazoles heterocyclic compounds. It plays an important role in many fields, such as drug development research, spices, dyes, food additives pesticides. The synthesis of these compounds by condensation reaction of brooms benzaldehyde and cyst amine and cytokine ester hydrochloride to complete.
This paper designed a series of reaction process, in order to find the optimum reaction conditions, the reaction temperature, solvent, reaction of alkali, and other conditions are explored.
