摘要:本论文利用氯化钡、氟化铵以及稀土氯化物为原料,采用简单、环境友好的化学共沉淀法及水热法合成一系列BaGdF5及BaEuF¬¬¬5稀土氟化物。利用X-射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜等手段对合成样品的物相及形貌进行表征,研究有机添加剂柠檬酸钠作为配位剂和形貌控制剂对合成BaGdF5及BaEuF¬¬¬5物相和形貌的影响。结果表明:利用水热法制备的BaGdF5结晶度要比利用化学共沉淀法制备出来的BaGdF5结晶度好;通过化学共沉淀法合成的BaEuF5晶体粒径比较小,在紫外灯照射下,会产生红光发射。8537

Synthesis and Luminescence Properties of Rare Earth Ions Doped Five Fluorine Compounds
Abstract:In this paper, BaGdF5 and BaEuF5 were prepared by simple, environmentally friendly chemical co-precipitation method and hydrothermal synthesis procedure using barium chloride, ammonium chloride and rare earth chlorides as starting materials. The phase structure and morphology of the obtained samples were characterized by XRD and SEM. The effect of the addition of sodium citrate as a complexing agent and morphology control agent on the phase and morphology of the as-prepared BaGdF5 and BaEuF5 was investigated in detail. The results indicated that the crystalline of BaGdF5 synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis procedure is higher that that by chemical co-precipitation method. The size of BaEuF5 synthesized by chemical co-precipitation method is at nanoscale and this sample exhibits red emisison under the excitation of UV light.
