摘要:在化学Ni-P合金的基础上,添加钨酸盐获得Ni-W-P合金镀层。为了研究化学镀Ni-W-P镀液中硫酸镍、钨酸钠、次亚磷酸钠的含量以及温度和pH值的工艺操作条件对镀层中磷含量和钨含量影响。分析了影响镀层中钨的含量和磷的含量的影响因素,对化学镀Ni-W-P 合金工艺进行了研究。结果表明:只有当主盐硫酸镍、钨酸钠和次亚磷酸钠还有温度、pH值都在适当范围内才能产生稳定性好的镀层。该工艺条件为:硫酸镍为25g/L,钨酸钠为18g/L,次亚磷酸钠25g/L,硼酸10g/L,乳酸15ml/L,温度为85±4℃,pH值5,施镀时间是30min下能得到钨含量和磷含量较高的镀层。

Study on the Characteristics of Electroless Ni-W-P Alloy Coatings
Abstract:Add tungstate on the basis of electroless Ni-P alloy, Ni-W-P alloy coating.For the study of Ni-W-P plating bath of nickel sulfate, sodium tungstate, sodium hypophosphite content, and temperature and pH process operating conditions on the phosphorus content of the coating and tungsten content.721B spectrophotometer, scanning electron microscopy and gas chromatograph measured the surface morphology of the coating and tungsten and phosphorus content.Analysis of the impact of factors affect the coating of tungsten content and phosphorus content of electroless plating Ni-W-P Alloy.The results showed that: only when the main salt nickel sulfate, sodium tungstate and hypophosphite as well as temperature, pH value to the extent appropriate in order to produce good stability of the coating.The process conditions: nickel sulfate for the 25 g / L of sodium tungstate as 18 g / L, the hypophosphorous sodium phosphate 25 g / L, boric acid 10g / L lactic acid 15ml / L, temperature of 85 ± 4 ° C, the pH value of 5, applied the plating time was 30min under high tungsten content and phosphorus content of the coating can be obtained.
