摘要:利用各种在水中溶解的Zr(NO3)4等锆盐与沉淀剂氨水等碱性物质反应,生成不溶解的氢氧化物,然后经过滤、洗涤、干燥、煅烧和热分解等后处理过程,得到目的产物纳米ZrO2。共沉淀法工艺流程比较简单、易于添加其它微量元素,但是因为反应物在反应器中的浓度、温度、及停留时间分布不同,从而影响了物料间的反应及晶体的成核和生长,进而影响最终产物纳米ZrO2的粒径大小和颗粒分布。同时,共沉淀法也易引入杂质,在干燥、脱水的过程中有比较严重的结块现象。

Abstract:Dissolved in water using a variety of Zr (NO3) 4 and zirconium salts such as ammonia and other alkaline substances precipitant reaction insoluble hydroxides, carbonates, acetates, etc., is then filtered, washed, drying, calcining, and after thermal decomposition process, to obtain the desired product nanometer ZrO2. Coprecipitation process is relatively simple, easy to add other trace elements, but because the reactants in the reactor concentration, temperature, and residence time distribution are different, thus affecting the reaction between the material and the crystal nucleation and growth, thereby affecting the final product of ZrO2 nano particle size and particle size distribution. Meanwhile, the coprecipitation method is also easy to introduce impurities in a dry process of dehydration more serious agglomeration.
