摘要:在分析甘氨酸亚铁中游离甘氨酸含量测定方法(非水滴定法)不足的基础上,采用冰醋酸对甘氨酸亚铁和游离甘氨酸进行预分离,从而提高了该方法的准确性和可靠性。同时,本论文还将茚三酮分光光度法应用于甘氨酸亚铁中的游离甘氨酸检测,并对实验条件进行了优化。最佳的显色条件为:显色剂茚三酮的浓度为0.6%,抗坏血酸浓度为0.036%,显色温度为75 ℃,显色反应时间为10 min。在此实验条件下绘制了标准工作曲线,并测定了实际样品中游离甘氨酸含量。与非水滴定方法相比较,该方法具有安全、简便及可靠性更高的优点。9130

Study on the Determination Methods of Free Glycine Quantity in Ferrous Glycinate
Abstract: The problems of the determination method of free glycine quantity in ferrous glycinate (non-aqueous titration method) were studied. The current method was modified via separating the free glycine from ferrous glycinate with acetic acid, and the accuracy and reliability of the method was improved. Moreover, a novel method based on the ninhydrin reaction was proposed and the experimental conditions were optimized. The concentration of ninhydrin and ascorbic acid are 0.6% and 0.036%, respectively. The reaction temperature is 75 ℃ and the reaction time is 10 min. A calibration curve was obtained and free glycine quantities in ferrous glycinate samples were determined. Compared with the non-aqueous titration, this method shows the advantages of safety, simple and high reliability.
