Ionic liquid modified magnetic materials used in the degradation of PET polyester
Abstract:This thesis synthesis of [BMIM] OH and 1 - methyl-3 - 3 - (propyl triethoxysilane) imidazol-hydroxy access HAP-gamma-Fe2O3 (i.e., the ionic liquid No.2). And the synthesis of ionic liquids used for the degradation of the PET. Then I made a series of experiments to determine the type of temperature, time, amount of catalyst PET degradation efficiency, the efficiency of the reaction is under the same reaction time and the amount of catalyst, the type of reaction temperature; The same reaction time and the reaction temperature , a different amount of catalyst under reaction efficiency; groups of the same reaction temperature and the amount of catalyst, the type of reaction time, the reaction efficiency. Finally, selected good degradation efficiency compared to the reaction conditions, and finally with the NMR determination of the reaction of TPA recovered.
The results of experimental show that the ionic liquid catalytic the PET degradation of the efficiency is relatively high. Accordingly, use of the ionic liquid in the in PET degradation of Industrial is feasible, and the the PET degradation of TPA can also be recovered with a relatively high efficiency, is suitable for long-term development of green degradation method.
