摘 要:论文采用化学法对介孔二氧化硅进行表面改性,用改性后的二氧化硅对药物进行吸附,通过表征观察红外谱图及物质失重图比较样品的吸附量继而了解改性后SBA-15对药物吸附的影响。化学法所用改性剂为本3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷和三甲基氯硅烷,通过改性得到两种不同官能团化的二氧化硅,继而分别用改性二氧化硅对5-氨基水杨酸进行吸附。9233

Silica Surface Groups on the Absorption of Drugs
Abstract: This paper adopts the chemical surface modification of mesoporous silica, the modified silica adsorption was carried out on the drug, through representation to stud the adsorption quantity and then understand the modified group on the absorption of drugs. Chemical modifier used for 3-ammonia propyl triethoxy silane and trimethylchlorosilane, to get two different functional groups of silica, with modified silica of 5 - aminosalicylic acid adsorption.
