摘要:农药残留对环境和人类健康构成了威胁,各国政府和民众对此也是越来越重视。粮油作物中检测到的农残留多达上千种,而各国政府和权威机构规定能用的农药只有一千多种,这远远超过了规定的农药量。多环芳烃(PAHs)、多氯联苯(PCBs)等脂溶性较强的化合物不易从油料作物及其产品中提取,极大地影响了相关农产品的真实安全性评估。本项目基于QuEChERS(Quick, Easy, Cheap, Effective, Rugged, and Safe)前处理方法,选择合适的的表面活性剂,采用气相/液相色谱-串联质谱(GC(LC)-MS/MS)技术,建立同时分析大豆油中多种农药化合物(包括有机磷类、有机氯类、杀菌剂、氨基甲酸酯类及拟除虫菊酯类等)的定性定量方法。该方法样品前处理简单、分析时间短、检测结果可靠,适用于油料作物及其产品中多种农药残留的快速检测。农药残留的回收率在80-120%之间是符合要求的,且越接近100%则越好。这些效果好的定量限为5ppb。70089

Study on Rapid Detection Technology of Pesticide Residue of Soybean Oil

Abstract: Pesticide residues threaten the environment and human’s health. governments and people in the world are increasingly concerned about it. There are thousands of agricultural residues detected in grain and oil crops, but there are only a thousand kinds of pesticides that can be used stipulated by governments and authorities, which is far exceeding the prescribed amount of pesticide. Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and other fat-soluble pesticides are not easy to extract from oil crops and their products, which greatly affects the real safety assessment of related agricultural products. Based on the QuEChERS (Quick, Easy, Cheap, Rugged, and Safe) pretreatment method, the appropriate surfactant was selected by gas phase / liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC (LC) -MS / MS) , The establishment of a simultaneous analysis of soybean oil in a variety of pesticide compounds (including organic phosphorus, organic chlorine, fungicides, carbamates and pyrethroids, etc.) qualitative and quantitative methods. The method has the advantages of simple pretreatment, short analysis time and reliable detection result. It is suitable for rapid detection of pesticide residues in oil crops and their products. The recovery rate of pesticide residues is between 80-120%, and the closer to 100% is better. These effects are limited to a limit of 5 ppb.
