摘要:本课题主要研究PIC法制备纳米乳液的影响因素。通过研究不同工艺对纳米乳液粒径的影响,确定了PIC法制备纳米乳液的乳化温度为70℃,均值速率为15500rpm,继而确定了 PIC法制备纳米乳液的研究内容。又研究了电导率随水相体积的变化来考查PIC法制备纳米乳液的转相过程,发现当油脂含量增大到一定量时,随着水相的加入,电导率变化不大,体系不能发生转相。同时探索了改变体系组成及含量(包括乳化剂、油脂及多元醇),结合显微镜照片及纳米粒径仪来考察它们对PIC法制备纳米乳液的影响。实验研究表明,当体系的组分和含量变化时,PIC法制备纳米乳液的粒径都会发生一定的变化。71238

Study on the Factors Influencing the Preparation of Nanometer Emulsion by PIC Method

Abstract:In this paper, we mainly study the influencing factors of preparation of nanoemulsion by PIC emulsification.The effects of different processes on the particle size of nanoemulsion were studied. The emulsification temperature of the PIC emulsification was determined to be 70 ℃ and the average rate was 15500rpm.

The content of nanoemulsion prepared by PIC emulsification method was determined. The transconversion process of the nanoemulsion prepared by PIC method was also studied. It was found that when the oil content increased to a certain amount, the conductivity did not change with the addition of the aqueous phase. At the same time, the composition and content of the system were changed, and the effect of PIC method on the preparation of nanoemulsion was investigated by microscope and nano-particle size meter. The experimental results show that the particle size of the nanoemulsion prepared by PIC method will change when the composition and content of the system change.
