摘要学生的执行力是社区实践活动培养学生的重要能力之一。当前，社区实践活动中小学生执行力培养尚存在如下问题：社会实践活动频率低时长短，形式显单一化；活动兴趣缺失，执行意愿不高；能力培养局限，培养手段不足；六大能力初塑，执行技能不全。因此，社区实践活动中学校、家庭、社区应加强联合，以培养学生执行力为理念，具体要通过以下路径：三面联合，基础整改；内容改革，提高兴趣；加强引导，能力培养；自主探究，活动反思，来有效的培养和发展小学生的执行力。90012
