摘    要

留守儿童群体产生于经济高速发展的时代，出现越来越多的问题。尤其是西部落后地区。云南省昭阳区经济落后，留守现象严重。为了真实的了解昭阳区留守儿童的现状、问题及成因，并因地制宜的制定适合昭阳区留守儿童的解决对策，我们在昭阳区进行了3个月的问卷调查和入户走访，研究发现，由于云南省昭阳区经济落后、家庭教育缺失和父母角色双重缺失、学校教育存在不足以及社会未采取正确的关爱举措等原因，昭阳区留守儿童存在监护、生活、学习和心理方面问题较突出，最后，笔者提出相应的政策建议：政府应拓宽就业渠道，建立工作制度；父母应改变外出方式，履行监护职责；学校方面应改善教育制度，用“师爱”暖人心；社区应提供良好的帮助，拓宽儿童们的支持系统；社会各界应正确、有效的关爱，形成良好的社会氛围。

Abstract

The left-behind children group is born in the era of rapid economic development, and more and more problems appear. Especially the backward areas in the west. In order to know real ZhaoYang. district present situation, problems and causes of left-behind children, and adjust measures to local conditions for the establishment of countermeasures for ZhaoYang. district left-behind children.We district a questionnaire for 3 months and in-home visits in

ZhaoYang.The study found that because of the lacking of ZhaoYang. district backward economy in Yunnan province, family education and the role of parents, school education to the lack shortcomings and the causes of society did not adopt the right care measures, we found that the ZhaoYang. district left-behind children care, life, learning and psychological problems more prominent. Finally, the author proposes corresponding policies：

 the government should expand the employment channel and establish the working system. Parents should change their way of going out and perform their duties of guardianship; School should  improvement education system, with "teacher love" warm heart; The community should provide good help to broaden the children's support system; Moreover, it is suggested that the society should be properly and effectively cared for to form a good social atmosphere.
