摘要：随着中国改革开放的不断进步和社会政治经济的高速发展，越来越多已为人父母的农村青壮年会因家庭的贫困而选择进城打工谋生，最直接的后果就是催生了一支不断壮大的留守儿童队伍。特别是现在，正处于身心发展关键期的这群孩子，一直是农村学校重点关注的教育对象。针对当今农村留守儿童学校教育存在的问题，本文从学校物质环境、学校教育环境、教师职业道德与业务素质等存在问题的角度出发，结合留守儿童身心发展的成长特点进行具体分析，并提出相应切实可行的解决对策。希望能借此提高农村留守儿童的整体学习水平，促进农村学校教育事业的健康发展，最终实现城乡教育的和谐进步。53844

Abstract: Along with the rapid progress of China’s reform and opening and the development of the society economy and politics, more and more people have been the parents of young families  in rural areas choose to leave the land for urban jobs to earn a living because of the poverty. The most result is that there are more and more left-behind children in rural area, spawning a growing team. Nowadays, as the object of rural school education always pays attention to, the left-behind children are in the critical period of the early stages of the physical and mental growth because that school education is of great importance to these children. Aiming at the existing issues of left-behind children’s school education in today’s rural area, this thesis will analyze these issues by combining with left-behind children’s own growth characteristics from the perspective of school material circumstances, school educational circumstances and teachers’ professional ethics and professional quality. At last, this thesis will give feasible solutions to solve these issues. I hope to raise the the overall level of left-behind childrens’ learning in rural areas and achieve the healthy development of rural school education, promoting the harmonious progress of urban and rural education in the end.
