摘要：国内城市会展业虽然起步晚且起点不高，但发展速度有目共睹。经过近三十年的发展，会展这一行业得到空前的发展，其影响力和经济效益都大幅增加，会展业对于城市发展贡献的力量也越来越大，尤其是对正处于快速发展阶段的中部城市武汉。本文通过搜集相关数据分析探究了武汉市的会展业竞争力，通过相关模型对该城的会展业竞争力进行解读，以期为武汉会展业竞争力的提升提供建议。

Abstract：Although the domestic urban exhibition industry started late and the starting  point is not high, the speed of development is obvious to all. After nearly three decades of development, the industry in the convention and exhibition industry has achieved unprecedented development, its influence and economic benefits have increased substantially, and the strength of the exhibition industry in contributing to urban development has also grown, especially with the rapid development stage.  Central city of Wuhan. This paper analyzes the competitiveness of the exhibition industry in Wuhan by collecting relevant data, and interprets the competitiveness of  the exhibition industry of the city through relevant models, with a view to providing suggestions for the improvement of the competitiveness of Wuhan convention and exhibition industry.

根据《中国会展行业发展报告2016》看出：长三角、珠三角、京津地区等传统会展强区仍占据优势地位，但以武汉为代表的中部地区会展业的规模与水平增长迅速，大有异军突起之势。统计数据表明，中部展览数量和展出面积增长速度明显快于东部，在全国展览业中的比重提升。随着国家的中西部产业转移承接政策的继续落实，可以预见武汉的会展产业将得到进一步的发展。
