摘要：随着中国经济的发展、人民生活水平的提高、全球化的进一步推进，中国赴海外留学的人数日益增多。同时又因为人们的消费需求品质提升，国内商品已不能满足人们的需求，中国留学生海外代购人数飞速增长，逐渐形成规模。随着跨境电商平台的崛起，国家政策的出台颁布，法律制度的不断完善，中国留学生海外代购也面临着巨大的机遇和挑战。本文在分析我国留学生海外代购的现状的基础上，总结了我国留学生海外代购面临的机遇与挑战，最后对中国留学生海外代购未来发展提出了一些建议。
