摘    要：    目前对双边市场的研究大部分集中在基础的理论讨论和和定价策略、政策、福利、竞争等产业研究上。在现有的研究中，很少有研究者对某个市场的双边市场属性进行实证分析。基于此本文在双边市场视角下,对中国网络借贷平台的交叉网络外部性进行实证研究。在研究内容安排上本文遵循以下的研究思路：围绕双边市场理论展开，首先阐述双边市场理论，其次根据实证研究分析中国网络借贷平台的交叉网络外部性，最后基于研究结论分析中国网络借贷平台的呈现单边间接网络外部性的原因。

Abstract：At present, research on two-sided market is mostly concentrated on basic theoretical discussions and pricing strategy, policy, welfare, and competition. In the existing research, few researchers conduct empirical analysis of the two-sided market attributes of a certain market. Based on this, empirical study of the cross-network externalities of China's online lending platform is conducted under the perspective of two-sided market. In terms of research content arrangement, this article follows the following research ideas: Focusing on the theory of two-sided markets, first elaborates the theory of bilateral markets, then analyzes the cross-network externalities of Chinese online lending platform based on empirical research, and finally, based on the conclusions, the factors that affect the unilateral indirect network externalities of Chinese online lending platform are analyzed.

一、引言

2007年中国第一家网络借贷平台诞生，至今中国网络借贷平台已经成长了近11年。根据第一网贷所发布的《2018年第一季度全国P2P网贷行业快报》中我们可以看到，2018年中的第一季度全国P2P网贷成交额7472.79亿元。网络借贷平台作为一个新兴产业，在中国得到了快速的发展。这样的新兴行业对传统经济理论是一种挑战，传统经济学中的一些理论在此类市场中并不适用。针对这种挑战，一些经济学家们提出了“双边市场”(two-side market)理论。
