外国直接投资与我国产业结构升级
本文在分别理解外国投资和产业结构的基础上，运用相关的经济理论解释了外国投资和产业结构的关系，并分析了外国投资对我国产业结构的正面与负面的影响。最后本文提出了针对我国产业结构优化升级的政策性建议：增加对科技的投入，提高自主创新能力；引资由重数量向重质量转变；引入竞争机制；优化国内环境，增强对优质投资的吸引力。

Foreign direct investment and industrial structure upgrade in our country
Abstract: Since reform and opening up, constantly poured into foreign investment and greatly promote the economic growth of our country. At the early stage of economic development, foreign investment has brought the advanced technology and management experience. But to late, because our country early extensive and weight is not heavy quality policy, foreign investment in high energy consumption, low content of science and technology enterprise has the chance to enter China, causing great damage to our environment and resources. Today it is a key period of industry transformation in our country, how to make good use of foreign capital has become an important topic of the economic structure adjustment.
Based on the understanding of foreign investment and industrial structure, on the basis of relevant economic theory to explain the relationship between foreign investment and industrial structure, and analyzes the foreign investment industrial structure of our country's positive and negative effects. At the end of the paper puts forward the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in China, policy Suggestions: increase investment in science and technology, improve the ability of independent innovation; Investments from quantity to quality change; Introducing competition mechanism; Optimize the domestic environment, enhance the quality and investment attraction.
