Research on Northern Jiangsu’s Current Development Conditions and Macro-designs for Its Further Development
Abstract:Because of the effect of such factors like location ,policies ，cultural conditions ,Northern jiangsu has been lagging behind southern Jiangsu in economic development for large periods of the past time ,and the unbalanced development conditions have become an important factor in restricting whole Jiangsu’s further development .So,research on Northern Jiangsu’s current development conditions is especially important .Proceeding from some representative theories in guiding regional development ,this paper starts with specific introduction on Northern Jaingsu’s current development conditions ,then conducting a systematic analysis on arising problems in the development process ,restrictive factors for further development ,as well as advantages and opportunities in the new conditions through vertical and horizontal comparing methods .lastly .Combining Northern Jiangsu’s current conditions with guiding theories ,this paper put forwards some feasible macro-designs and policy recommendations for its future development .
