Abstract：Since the reform and opening up,the development of China’s service trade obviously outdistance the levels of the world,the trade area is continue to broaden,and the trade structure also has a great changes.But China’s foreign trade faced with many restricting factors,the overall competitiveness is inferior,the internal structure is unreasonable,the management system is backward,the laws and regulations are not sound.In order to promote the development of China’s service trade,must advance the international competitiveness of China’s service trade,adjustment and optimization the structure of China’s service trade,construct an efficient management system,perfect the laws and regulations,foster and introduce from elsewhere the service trade talent.

我国服务贸易滞后的原因及对策研究前言
近些年来，服务贸易已经成为了世界经济一个越来越重要的组成部分，我国的服务贸易也在快速增长，但是也存在许多问题。
从总体上看，我国服务贸易处在全球产业链中较低端的地位，存在许多弊端，表现出各种滞后性。我国服务贸易的发展只是简单的、粗放的发展，是建立在过度破坏生态环境，大量消耗原材料，依靠我国的廉价劳动力的基础之上的，主要集中在劳动密集型和资源密集型的行业，这种粗放的贸易增长模式，难以文持我国服务贸易的长期可持续发展，我国应努力向人才、资本、技术密集型的服务贸易迈进。我国服务贸易的管理体制落后，法律法规不完善，制约了我国服务贸易的发展，我国应建立健全服务贸易相关法律法规，优化服务贸易管理体制，为我国服务贸易的发展提供坚实的基础。我国服务贸易的行业发展结构不合理，区域发展结构不合理，总体不平衡，我国应大力发展平衡服务贸易结构，促进服务贸易的发展。
