Technical Barriers to Trade The Impact of Export of Mechanical And Electronic Industry in China And Countermeasures
Abstract: With the expansion of the level of China's opening to the outside world, our country the influence of the mechanical and electrical products in the international market is becoming more and more important, the technical barriers to trade, however, intensified, mechanical and electrical industry had a great impact to our country. First of all, defines the concept of technical barriers to trade, and analyzes the technical barriers to trade and the present situation; Secondly, illustrates the mechanical and electrical industry in our country exports the cause of the technical barriers to trade, respectively from two aspects of domestic and abroad are analyzed; Again, the technical trade barriers on the impact on exports of mechanical and electronic industry in our country, described from two aspects of positive and negative; Finally from three aspects: government, industries and enterprises, export of mechanical and electronic industry in China across the technical trade barriers put forward the corresponding countermeasures.

技术性贸易壁垒对我国机电行业出口的影响及对策
前言
自从2002年我国入世以后，机电行业的贸易出口比例不断增加，其一度成为拉动我国出口的重要行业之一。但是由于技术性贸易壁垒的风起云涌，我国也遭受到了相当程度的影响。所以我们可以估计，在世界经济高度发展的今天，我国的对外贸易的比例将不断扩大，同时也将面临越来越多的技术性贸易壁垒。
现如今，经济全球化和区域集团化趋势不断加强，各个国家之间的贸易往来越来越频繁，低关税和零关税成为吸收引资的良好途径。然而，发达国家却不能放任本国市场就这样被别国这样夺走，发达国家开始寻找新的贸易壁垒方式。所以，技术性贸易壁垒犹如雨后春笋般在各个发达国家间开展起来。由于各发达国家之间建立起各种类型的技术性贸易壁垒，限制机电产品进入其国内，我国机电行业也因此收到了极大地威胁。
