摘要：2011 年，由谷歌开发的 Android 系统作为源代码开放的操作终端系统，超越称霸全 球十年的塞班系统，成为世界第一大移动智能终端操作系统。天气情况对于人们的日常 生活、工农业生产都有着极大的影响，随着交通日益便利，人们的活动范围变大，对于 更大范围内天气情况的变化有了越来越迫切的需要，因此面向全国的详细的天气预报与 生活建议应用程序显得十分有意义。

本论文将利用 Android 开发平台 Android Studio，以 Java 编程语言为基础，进行“全 国天气”APP 应用程序的编写。应用软件的主要功能是查询全国各个省、市、县的实时天 气情况并且给出合理的生活建议。

Title Design of Android-based Mobile Terminals Application

Abstract：In 2011,the android operating system developed by Google exceeded Sybian System which had been dominating the world operating system market for 10 years, becoming the largest operating system in the world. Besides, weather conditions are becoming more and more essential roles in people’s daily life as well as agricultural and industrial production. With the development of modern transportation means, the activity scope of people rises. As a result, it is quite urgent for people to have an easier access to nationwide weather conditions. Hence, developing such an app is quite meaningful.

In this essay, we will make the most of Android Studio. Based on the JAVA language to develop an app which is called “national weather condition”. The main function of this app is inquiring real-time weather conditions nationwide and providing reasonable suggestions.
