本文主要通过对一个小型订单式制造的生产管理模式分析，运用本科中所学的工业工程及计算机相关知识，对企业生产管理模式进行优化，对企业核心生产流程进行优化整合，使之成为适合企业并且能够提高生产效率的方案。而对企业生产管理原型系统的开发，能够帮助企业建立一个规范准确即时的生产数据库，同时实现轻松、规范、细致的生产业务、库存业务一体化管理工作，提高管理效率，掌握及时、准确、全面的生产动态，有效控制生产过程。22618

Title Design of Production Management System Based on Casting Robot
Abstract
The contemporary day is the rapid development of information , which cannot leave the information processing in all works of life. With the development of information technology, management and production management has become an important means of manufacturing production management, according to the information technology we can improve the level of production management in manufacturing enterprises.
In this paper, through the analysis of the production management model of a small order manufacture, the use of industrial engineering and computer related knowledge in undergraduate school, the enterprise production management model optimization, the optimization and integration of the enterprise core production process, making it suitable for enterprises and improving the production efficiency. While the development of the enterprise production management prototype system, it can help enterprises to establish a standardized and accurate real-time production database, and at the same time we can easily achieve the business integration of production business and inventory management. By mastering the timely, accurate and comprehensive dynamic production, we can effective control of the production process.
