摘要如今电梯已经成为人们进出高层建筑不可缺少的工具,因此,电梯安全问题成为人们日益关注的焦点。本次基于空气消能的垂直升降电梯轿厢自备逃生装置研究的毕业设计便是为了解决这一问题而提出来的,主要根据电梯的结构合理设计电梯轿厢在遇到紧急情况时使用的减速装置,装备了此逃生装置,电梯除原来本身配备的电风扇外还可自然通风,更健康、节能,乘客可以随时了解电梯轿厢外面情况、无需工具地与外界联系,遇到紧急情况时,可以从容面对,避免了电梯故障后乘客无法与外界联系造成的恐惧和慌乱。当电梯遇到故障时,此装置启动,会使电梯以缓慢且平稳的速度下降直至底层,可以保证不会因为急停而停在某一楼层,可以使乘客不会因为无法自救只能等维修人而引起的焦虑心情。同时此装置制造以及安装简单,不会对电梯的运行造成任何阻碍。此装置可以极大程度的保障了电梯乘客的安全性。49737

通过使用SolidWorks软件进行电梯轿厢减速器的结构设计和建模,再利用COSMOSMotion软件进行运动仿真实现动态效果。

Abstract Now the elevator has becone indispensable tool by which people go in and out the high-rise buliding.Therefore the elevator security issues becomes the focus of increasingly.

The air energy dissipation based on vertical lifting elevator car owned escape device of graduation design is in order to solve this problem and put forward.According to the main elevator structure and reasonable design of elevator car in an emergency situation using reduction device.Equipped with this escape device,In addition to the original elevator itself is equipped with the electric fan can also be natural ventilation,more health, energy saving, passengers can readily understand the elevator car outside circumstances, without the need for tools to communicate with the outside world.In case of emergency, you can calmly face, avoiding the elevator fault after the passengers unable to communicate with the outside world cause fear and panic.When the elevator troubleshooting,this device is started,will make the elevator in a slow and steady decline until the bottom,it can assure you will not because of sudden stop and stop at a floor.At the same time, the device has the advantages of simple manufacture and installation, will not cause any obstacles for elevator operation.

By using SolidWorks software for the elevator car speed reducer structure design and modeling,then the use of COSMOSMotion software in motion simulation dynamic effect.
