摘要船用齿轮箱是船舶动力系统的主要推进传动装置之一,其运行状态直接关系到船舶的航行安全。随着船舶工业的高速发展,对船用齿轮箱的承载能力、可靠性等方面提出了越来越高的要求。因此,船用齿轮箱一直是船员重点维护的对象。但在实际航行中,由于运行环境较差、结构较为复杂,船员很难快速准确地做出故障判断及相应的维修措施。49738

本文以船用齿轮箱为研究对象,对其经常出现的一些故障进行归纳和总结,分析产生故障的原因,应用演绎法建立以齿轮箱不能正常工作为顶事件的故障树模型,并收集各底事件的失效分布函数及其特怔值。应用蒙特卡罗法对故障树进行定性和定量分析,结合故障树分析法对故障树进行可靠性仿真,从而建立仿真模型。以Visual Basic为开发平台,制作船用齿轮箱故障树分析的可视化界面并编制船用齿轮箱的故障树仿真分析程序,最终得到系统的可靠性指标。

故障树仿真系统可以方便地得出系统各部分对系统影响的大小,从而找出系统的易故障部分。这不仅节省了维护人员大量的时间和精力,同时也保证了故障维护的准确性,对于船舶的维护具有一定的实用价值。

Abstract Marine Gearbox is one of main propulsion gear of the ship power system, It's operating status directly related to the safety of navigation of the ship.With the rapid development of the shipbuilding industry ,ever-increasing demands on the carrying capacity of the marine gear box,reliability and other aspects. Therefore,marine Gearbox has been the focus object of the crew to maintain.But in the actual voyage,because the operating environment is poor,the structure is more complex,crew is difficult to quickly and accurately make fault diagnosis and maintenance measures.

In this paper Marine gearbox is the the research object,And some failures which often appears should be summarized and analysis of the causes of failure and apply deductive method .Apply the Monte Carlo method qualitative and quantitative analysis of the fault tree and reliability Simulation Combination of Fault Tree and Fault Tree Analysis and use Visual Basic as the development platform and produced the visual interface of the gearbox fault tree analysis and prepared a gearbox fault tree simulation analysis program finally resulting the reliability indicts of system.

Fault Tree Simulation System can easily draw the various parts of the system the size of the effect on the system in order to identify the part of the system which easy to fault.This not only saves a lot of time and energy to maintainers but also ensure the accuracy of the failure to maintain it has some practical value.for the maintenance of the ship.
