摘要:本次毕业设计结合专业特点选定设计的题目为SHL12-1.25/250-A型锅,并对其进行相应的热工设计和计算。本次毕业所要设计的锅炉准备采用双锅筒横置式水管锅炉,在炉膛后面安装上、下锅筒和锅炉管束,水冷壁密布在炉膛四周和炉顶,炉膛后墙上部可以布置烟窗,后墙水冷壁在炉膛后墙处拉稀形成凝渣管,本次锅炉热工设计的基本要求是锅炉能够安全可靠的运行。在锅炉设计的过程中,燃料选用的是吉林通化二类烟煤,锅炉是需要消耗大量燃料才能维持其运行的动力设备,而锅炉工作的安全性,经济性和环保性对燃料性质的要求十分的苛刻。整个设计过程除了会进行燃料燃烧计算外还进行炉膛、凝渣管、过热器、锅炉管束、省煤器和空气预热器的设计计算,最终设计结果用AUTO CAD图纸进行更加详细的表述。68702
