摘要: 本次毕业设计的题目为BES600-2.5-90-6/25-2 I 型管壳式换热器设计,是在BES600-2.5-90-6/25-2 I 型管壳式换热器的结构基础上,对其进行传热计算、流体流动阻力计算和结构强度的校核计算。本次设计的目的是在设计过程中了解与掌握换热器设计的基本方法和步骤,掌握换热器的基本知识和新型换热器技术的发展方向和改进方法。本次设计的主要步骤如下:首先要根据已知条件进行传热面积的估算和校核,确定其传热总系数;其次要对两种流体在其各自的通道内流动产生的压力是否符合规定范围进行计算;最后在已有型号的基础上对换热器所用的材料和主要零部件进行选型和选材;最终对主要结构进行强度校核使整体换热器能够符合标准,从而正常运作。71767

本次设计所涉及的换热器为钩圈式浮头换热器,其特点是两端头的管板除了一端固定不动外,另一端是可以相对壳体自由移动的。相对于常见的固定管板式换热器,浮头式换热器的此结构能够有效减少热应力对管束的影响。除此之外,也方便后期的清洗和检修。

Design of BES600-2.5-90-6/25-2 I Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger

Abstract: The title of this graduation design is the Design of BES600-2.5-90-6/25-2 I Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger. There will be a heat transfer calculation, a fluid flow resistance calculation and a check calculation of structural strength in the based on the BES600-2.5-90-6/25-2 I Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger. The purpose of this design is to understand and master the basic methods and steps of the heat exchanger design, the basic knowledge of heat exchangers and new heat exchanger technology development direction and improvement methods. The main steps of this design are as follows: First, to estimate the heat transfer area and check it, to determine the overall heat transfer coefficient accordance with known conditions; Second, to calculate the pressure of the two fluids and determine whether it meets the predetermined range; and finally, to select the material and model of the heat exchanger and its main parts which is on the basis of the existing models. At last, to perform a strength check on the main structure in order to make the overall heat exchanger meet the standards and operated normally.

The type of the heat exchanger in this design is the hook-type floating head heat exchanger, which is characterized by the end of the tube plate in addition to one end fixed, the other end can be relative to the shell free movement. Relative to the common fixed tube plate heat exchanger, it can effectively reduce the thermal stress on the impact of the tube bundle. In addition, it is also convenient for later cleaning and maintenance.
