摘要：在经济改革持续纵深推进的当今，越来越多的中小企业如雨后春笋般出现并很快融入到经济发展的浪潮中。“财管”被认作是中小型企业平时管理的关键构成部分，但在一定程度上一直没有受到这些中小企业的重视，这将会导致“财管”的作用无法得到及时的应用。而另一方面来看，中小型的企业因为受流通性等各种因素的限制，其当前的财管状况十分不乐观，甚至可以说是存在不少的问题。因此，本文试从中小企业财务管理中的一些现有的问题和可能发生的问题入手，以东信和平公司(A股代码:002017)为例，结合自己所学的财务管理知识进行简要分析后，最终提出相应的办法和处置措施。其研究的目的也在于学以致用，把理论上的知识结合到企业实际管理当中来。49674

Problems and Countermeasures in the financial management of small and medium sized enterprises

Abstract：As the economic reform keeps on developing in depth, more and more small and medium-sized enterprises are springing up into the tide of economic development. Financial management is recognized as a critical component in the small and medium-sized enterprise daily management, but in a certain extent, has not been the attention of these small and medium-sized enterprises, which will lead to financial management role can not be timely application. On the other hand, the small and medium-sized enterprises because of the liquidity and other factors, the current financial situation is not optimistic, and even can be said that there are a lot of problems. Therefore, this article tries from the small and medium-sized enterprise financial management of some existing problems and possible problems of EASTCOM peace company (A-shares Code: 002017) as an example, combined with my own knowledge of financial management are analyzed briefly, and finally puts forward corresponding methods and measures to deal with. The purpose of the study is to apply their knowledge, theoretical knowledge according to the enterprise actual management.
