银行信贷新政下中小企业融资的再思考

Title Reconsideration of the new bank credit financing for SEMs
Abstract
The small and medium-sized enterprise, for a long time, its role on economy and employment and so on is without doubt. With the increasingly fierce market competition, market economic policies, financial intermediary credit policy, and the improvement of consumption needs of the community, SMEs are faced with more prominent financing problems . To this end, the current major national joint - stock commercial banks and city commercial banks also introduce some new financing products. Through data analysis, the author found there aren’t enough changes and innovations of the bank credit policies. Combining with the current financial piloting in Wenzhou and take Wenzhou private financing for an example, the author intend to explain the financing difficulties of SMEs and put forward appropriate solutions. In a word, this paper aims at bringing some significant guiding to virtual SEMs.
