摘    要本研究收集了4个养殖场牛粪(C1、C2、C3、C4)及6个市售牛粪源蚓粪(V1、V2、V3、V4、V5、V6)中,调查分析了其Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd总量及其形态分布。结果显示,6个蚓粪中Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd平均含量分别为49。21mg/kg,167。46mg/kg,14。40mg/kg和0。78mg/kg,4个牛粪重金属Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd平均含量分别为76。54mg/kg,159。41mg/kg,0mg/kg和1。06mg/kg。参照德国腐熟堆肥重金属限量标准,牛粪及蚓粪的Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd均无超标现象。牛粪中有效态重金属的含量大小为Zn>Cu>Pb>Cd,蚓粪中有效态重金属的含量大小为Zn>Cu>Pb>Cd。虽然,牛粪中重金属Pb含量略低于蚓粪中的Pb含量,但是总体来说,牛粪的属有效态高于蚓粪的重金属有效态。牛粪及蚓粪中的重金属Cu主要以残余态和有机结合态为主。重金属Zn主要以残余态和铁锰态为主,由于铁锰态含量太高,可能会影响植物吸收多余的重金属,对植物有危害。重金属Pb、Cd的化学形态分布为残余态为主,并且远远高于其他化学形态。89570

Abstract  This study collected four cow manures from farm (C1, C2 and C3 and C4) and six commercially available vermicomposts made by cow manure (V1, V2, V3 and V4 and V5 and V6)。Investigation of its Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd and distribution of the total。 Results showed that the average contents of Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd in the six vermicomposts were 49。21 mg/kg, 167。46 mg/kg, 14。40 mg/kg and 0。78 mg/kg, those in the four cow manures were Cu and Zn, Pb, Cd in the average content were 76。54mg/kg,159。41mg/k,0mg/kg and 1。06mg/kg 。According the reference to the limit of heavy metal in Germany compost maturity the contents of Cu, Zn, Pb and Cd in cow manure and vermicompost excrement were not affected。The content of the heavy metals in the cow manure was Zn> Cu> Pb> Cd, and the content of the heavy metals in the vermicomposts was Zn> Cu> Pb> Cd。 Although the content of Pb in the cow manure is slightly lower than that in the earthworm, the dominance of cow manure is higher than that of vermicompost heavy metals。 The heavy metal Cu in cow manure and vermicompost is mainly composed of residual state and organic binding state。 Heavy metal Zn mainly in the residual state and iron and manganese stat。 cause the iron and manganese content is too high, may affect the plant to absorb excess heavy metals,and will harm to the plant。 The chemical distribution of heavy metals Pb and Cd mainly in residual state, and is higher than other chemical forms。
