摘要:本论文的主要内容:通过研究不同植物激素浓度及比例对萱草种子愈伤组织诱导及植株再生的影响,从而探索出适合萱草种子愈伤组织诱导及植株再生的最佳培养基;通过研究不同植物激素浓度及其比例对萱草子房愈伤组织诱导及植株再生的影响,从而探索出适合萱草子房愈伤组织诱导及植株再生、快速繁殖的最佳培养基。本论文旨在通过这些研究来为萱草遗传转化、萱草杂交品种的大规模快速繁殖提供科学依据。试验研究结果如下:1、适合萱草种子萌发的最佳培养基是MS+2,4-D1mg/L;2、适合萱草种子愈伤组织诱导的最佳培养基是MS+2,4-D3mg/L;3、适合萱草种子愈伤组织分化的最佳培养基是MS+TDZ1mg/L+2,4-D0.5mg/L和MS+TDZ1mg/L+2,4-D1.5mg/L;4、适合萱草子房愈伤组织诱导的最佳培养基是MS+6-BA2mg/L+NAA0.3mg/L+2,4-D1mg/L。

Daylily Callus Induction,Culture and Plant Regeneration
Abstract: There were two main contents in this paper. To explore the best medium for callus induction and plant regeneration of daylily seeds, the effects of different concentrations and proportions of plant hormones on seed germination were studied by callus induction and plant regeneration of daylily; The effects of concentrations and their proportions of plant hormones on the callus induction and plant regeneration of the ovaries of daylily to explore the best medium for the callus induction, plant regeneration and rapid propagation of daylily ovaries. This aims of this paper were to provide scientific basis for daylily genetic transformation, and large-scale rapid propagation, of daylily hybrids. The results of the experiment are as follows. 1.The best medium for seed germination of daylily is MS medium supplemented by 2,4-D 1mg/L. 2.The best medium for callus induction of daylily seed is MS medium supplemented by 2,4-D 3mg/L. 3.The best medium for callus differentiation of daylily is MS medium supplemented by TDZ 1mg/L and 2,4-D 0.5mg/L and MS medium supplemented by TDZ 1mg/L and 2,4-D 1.5mg/L. 4.The best medium for callus induction in the ovary of daylily is MS medium supplemented by 6-BA 2mg/L、NAA 0.3mg/L and 2,4-D 1mg/L.
