摘要:铝及铝合金产品表面会生成一层氧化膜,膜上孔隙较多,孔隙大致成锥形毛细管状,孔径自内向外变大。为提高铝氧化膜的耐腐蚀性能,应预先进行封孔处理。目前市面上常见的铝氧化封孔剂商品的主要成分有硅溶胶,高分子材料等等。本文旨在利用不同条件下在铝氧化膜的表面进行相关产品不同配比的涂装,浸涂30分钟后烘箱烘干,利用甲基紫做染色剂滴在样品表面,1分钟后用滤纸轻轻擦去,观察表面遗留的甲基紫液滴大小,深浅,作横向对比,得出最佳方案,从而得到最佳配比,最佳条件下的铝氧化膜封孔剂。最后得出最佳方案为:前处理为水煮20分钟,烘干,配方比为:硅溶胶:高分子材料=1:3。

Development of an aluminum oxide sealing agent
Abstract: A layer of oxide film is formed on the surface of the aluminum and aluminum alloy products, and there are many holes in the film. The pores are generally conical capillary shape, and the pore size increases from inside to outside. In order to improve the corrosion resistance of alumina film, sealing treatment should be performed. At present, the main components of the aluminum oxide sealer commercially available in the market are silicon dioxide, polymer materials, and so on. This article aims to use different conditions in different conditions on the surface of the aluminum oxide film related products with different ratios of the coating, after soaking for 30 minutes, the oven is dried, the use of methyl violet as a dye drop on the surface of the sample, 1 minute later with filter paper light wipe off lightly and observe the size and depth of the methyl violet drops left on the surface to make horizontal comparisons. The best solution is obtained to obtain the best ratio of aluminum oxide film sealing agent under optimal conditions. Finally, the best solution is: the pretreatment is boiling for 20 minutes, drying, and the formula ratio is: silica gel : polymer material = 1:3.
