摘   要:本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈调查法以及数理统计法，针对杭州市江干区初中课余田径训练的现状进行了调查与分析，发现：（1）杭州市江干区初中田径教师性别差异较大，男多女少；年龄段则比较合理，以中青年教师为主；田径教师基本以本科学历为主，研究生学历的教师越来越多；田径教师的职称基本以二级职称为主，二级以上较少；教师的兼课量较大。（2）杭州市江干区初中生运动员的训练动机主要以提高身体素质为主；而且训练的积极性都比较高；教师以及教练员的专业水平以及执教能力对运动员的影响比较大。（3）家长对于孩子进行体育训练则以积极的态度，比较支持他们进行体育运动；杭州市江干区初中学校的器材以及场地都能满足运动员的训练要求。

Abstract:This article through the literature data method, questionnaire survey method, interview method and mathematical statistics method, the Hangzhou Jianggan District middle school amateur athletic training status of the investigation, found that: (1) Hangzhou Jianggan District city junior high school track and field teachers' gender differences, fewer women than men; age is more reasonable to young teachers; track and field teachers with bachelor degree, graduate teachers more and more educated; athletics teachers professional titles in two level titles, more than two teachers doing a large amount of less. (2) the training motivation of junior high school athletes in Jianggan District, Hangzhou is mainly based on their physical quality, and the enthusiasm of training is relatively high. The main factors that affect athletes' performance are coaches' level and teaching ability. (3) parents have a positive attitude towards their children's physical training. They are more supportive of their sports activities. The equipment and venues of junior high schools in Jianggan District, Hangzhou can meet the training requirements of athletes.
