摘要有限元法(FEM)是计算电磁学的主流方法之一,它对于复杂边界结构和非均匀介质问题具有很强的处理能力。本文采用有限元法(FEM)为基本方法,使用HFSS – High Frequency Structure Simulator, Ansoft 公司推出的基于有限元法的三文电磁仿真软件进行仿真,本设计是建立在对T型波导的仿真,优化和对圆柱形介质谐振腔的分析与仿真的基础上的,以期能加深对有限元法的理解和能使用HFSS软件对波导问题进行仿真计算5564

Title The application of finite element method calculation of the waveguide
Abstract
The Finite Element Method (FEM) is one of the major numerical methods in computational electromagnetic. Due to its versatility and flexibility, the FEM is capable of modeling complicated structure as well as inhomogeneous materials.
This paper is based on the finite element method (FEM) as the basic method, using HFSS ,which is a three-dimensional electromagnetic simulation software based on finite element method, to simulate .The design is built on the analysis and simulation of T-type waveguide , and cylindrical dielectric resonator cavity, which is in order to deepen the understanding of the finite element method and the HFSS simulation of waveguide problems.
