摘要针对炮管内相关参数测量保存问题,利用存储测量技术,设计了具有内触发功能的存储测试系统。详细介绍了存储测试系统的工作流程、测试系统的软件设计和硬件电路设计等。存储测试系统以STM32系列微控制器芯片为硬件基础,配合串行flash存储芯片,实现对被测信号的测量和存储功能。该系统可以在现场给定采样频率后记录被测信号,当被测信号满足内触发条件时,能够计算触发信号所在的存储空间地址,并存储测量数据直至存储空间被存满。回收后,通过上位机读取并显示存储空间任意地址的信息,可对测量结果进行回放。6608
利用了直流信号和正弦交流信号分别对系统进行了测试,结合信号分析及调理算法,可以较为正确的反映实际被测信号。

Title Design of storage-measurement System based on STM32 Microcontroller
Abstract
For the problem of measuring related parameters in the barrel,a storage test system with internal trigger function is designed using stroage test technology.The workflow ,the designs of software and hardware circuit are introduced in details.The storage test system using STM32 microcontroller as its hardware base,together with serial flash memory chip,achieves the function of measuring and storing signals.The system can record the signals with the given sampling frequency.When the measured signal meets the requirement of internal trigger,the system can calculate the address of the trigger signal in the flash memory chip,and continue measuring until the memory space is full.After recycling,signals stored in any part of the memory space can be read and display through the host computer.
DC signal and sinusoidal AC signal are used to test the system.Combined with signal analysis and conditioning algorithm ,actual measured signal can be reflected well.
