摘要光学相干层析技术(Optical Coherence Tomography,OCT)作为一种新兴的活体成像技术,利用了宽带光源的低相干特性来实现生物体的实时和非侵入检测。相比经典的时域OCT系统,新近提出的基于光谱测量的频域光学相干层析术因为具有更快的成像速度、更高的系统灵敏度和信噪比而迅速成为医学光学的研究热点。
本论文分析了OCT与频域OCT的原理以及各个基本部件,并且对于OCT在各个领域的应用进行了举例与分析,对于将来进一步拓宽频域OCT的应用范围具有重要意义。

Abstract
Optical Coherence Tomography(OCT)is a novel coherence。domain imaging technique,which is based on the exploration of short coherence length of broadband light sources to achieve non-invasive,real.time in vivo imaging.Due to its higher image acquisition, superior sensitivity and better signal-to-noise performance,Frequency domain optical coherence tomography(FD.OCT)has become one of the important topics in the biomedical optics areas.
Ths letter analysis the principle of OCT and frequency domain OCT, and the basic parts of the OCT system. Furthermore, it shows several applications of OCT in different areas, such as endoscopy, retina imaging, cancer diagnosing, which is meaningful for the future development of OCT technologies.
