Analysis for The Fully Establishment of Song Civilian Political
Abstract:Civilian political is mainly refers to that the civilians is the core in the country's political authority operation. According to the dominator civilian scholar-bureaucrat and the imperial examination system, this paper analyses the causes of the civil politics established in Song Dynasty: the policy of "civil administration" by the dominator is the premise ; Forming the unique political subject consciousness of the Song Dynasty scholar-bureaucrat is the foundation of civilian political establishment ; and the perfected Imperial Examination System which opened the door for the reader who entering into the ruling class is the the security of civilian political. Concluded that the formation of civilian political need to satisfy the three main factors that forming the civilian political operation mechanism, forming a civilian scholar-bureardrat collective and a complete set of civil service system .

浅谈宋代文官政治完全确立的原因前言
文官政治是一种主要以文官治理国家的政治形态，即指从中央到地方的各级官员都重用科举出身的文官治理，实行以文治国政策，且朝廷对文官的选拔录用考核奖惩升迁等程序和文官的分类都形成一系列规定和制度，由文职官员政治集团来运作政治，成为政治权力的核心。而文官即文职官员，与武官相对，在西周文武分职时出现。秦朝时官吏的任命是根据军功大小，替代了以往的世袭贵族政治。魏晋时“王与马共天下”，门阀制形成，东晋时形成门阀政治。隋唐时由于科举制的创立，文官群体开始活跃在政治舞台上，文官制度迅速发展，文官的选拔任用、升迁、俸禄等开始形成一个体系。但这时科举出身的文官还不占主流地位，世家大族及关陇集团仍掌控着国家政治权力，文官政治也只是开始形成。文官政治真正确立并得到完善是在宋代，出现了“皇帝与士大夫共治天下”的现象。
近年来，专家学者们在政治上较多地关注了宋代文官政治本身或是某一方面的原因，而对于其成因的综合分析却相对较少。比如刘安泰的《宋代科举与文官政治》，主要从科举制度方面分析文官政治的成因。陈峰的《政治选择与宋代文官士大夫的政治角色——以宋朝治国方略及处理文武关系方面探究为中心》主要是对国家政策层次方面对宋代文官政治的发展进行了分析。郭学信的《宋代士大夫文官政治成因探析》分析的比较到位。我在学习总结了前人优秀成果的基础上，形成了我自己的一些看法。两宋王朝得以延续300多年，内部统治比较稳定，这都得益于宋代完全确立的文官政治。关于文官政治在宋代能够完全确立的原因，本文将主要从一下三个方面展开分析：
