摘要:近年来,贵金属纳米颗粒的研究大致可以分为两类,一类是通过实验的方法进行研究,另一种是通过数值仿真的方法进行研究。通过数值仿真的手段研究纳米尺度粒子各种特性具有非常重要的意义。

本文研究气体环境介质对贵金属纳米粒子的吸收特性的影响。通过运用时域有限差分法进行数值仿真计算来进行吸收光谱分析。其中,详细阐明了贵金属纳米粒子的一些代表特性(LSPR);并详细讲述了粒子散射特性光谱分析的本质以及时域有限差分法的原理、背景等。最后,运用FDTD仿真计算分析三种形状银纳米颗粒阵列在分别在氢气和乙醚环境下的吸收光谱,包括立方体、球体和圆柱体;三种尺寸的立方体银纳米颗粒阵列分别在氢气和乙醚环境下的吸收光谱,包括边长分别为30纳米、50纳米和70纳米;并以立方体为例对其在三种不同气体环境介质(包括氢气、乙醚和二氧化碳)中的吸收光谱曲线进行了详细分析;最后对三种形状的单个银纳米粒子的吸收光谱进行了分析,并将其结论与纳米阵列的结论进行对比分析,为科学研究提供参考依据。

Title Spectral Analysis of Noble metal nanoparticles array in Different Gas Environments

Abstract:In recent years, the study of precious metal nanoparticles can be pided into two categories, one is through the experimental method of research, the other is through numerical simulation method to study. It is of great significance to study the characteristics of nanoscale particles by means of numerical simulation.

In this paper, the effect of gas environment on the absorption characteristics of noble metal nanoparticles was studied. The absorption spectra were analyzed by numerical simulation using Finite Difference Time Domaint method. In this paper, some representative properties (LSPR) of noble metal nanoparticles are elucidated, and the nature of spectral analysis of particle scattering characteristics and the principle and background of finite difference method in time domain are described in detail. Finally, the above method was applied to the analysis of three kinds of silver nanoparticle array absorption spectra, including cube, sphere and cylinder. The analysis of three kinds of cubic silver nanoparticle array absorption spectra including 30 nm, 50 nm and 70 nm And the absorption spectra of the three kinds of silver nanoparticles were analyzed in detail by using the cube as an example. Finally, the absorption spectra of the three silver nanoparticles were analyzed and the conclusion was compared with the conclusion And make a reference for scientific research.
