Analysis of Hosts’ Role Positioning in the Program of
Reality Show in Workplace
Abstract: In recent years, a new program form— Reality Show in Workplace has emerged, and it enjoys unprecedented popularity. But problems such as host offside, absence, dislocation and other similar situations often appear in such programs. The reason why the above-discussed matters take place is that the hosts have some misunderstanding in their own role positioning. In order to better perform the hosts’ responsibilities, accomplish specific program tasks, and identify the role positioning of servers, the controllers and the leaders embracing right value, so hosts should play a good role of “carrier of personification” as the image of media. In addition, they should constantly improve their own professional accomplishments; enhance their psychological qualities; correct their own role positioning and grasp the moderate principles. Only when hosts have correct role positioning, can the program have the sustainable and healthy development.
