从《舌尖上的中国》看纪录片的真实美
没有纪录片能像《舌尖》一样，在热播两年后推出第二部时，仍得到观众的追捧；同样也没有纪录片像它一样，在淘宝上的同款食品搜索成交量，能像一部热播电视剧的同款服装一样火爆；《舌尖》到目前为止，在爱奇异上的播出次数达到771668678次，这也是我国其他纪录片目前不能刷新的记录；在国外影展上，《舌尖》以它精良的国际化制作水平，俘获了国外问询和购买版权者的芳心。《舌尖》是我国纪录片发展史上的里程碑，它的真实是本文研究的主题。“真实自然的效果是纪录片艺术性的集中表现，是艺术感染力和审美价值所在。”
一、纪录片的真实美
（一）真实美的涵义
对于纪录片来说，具有审美特性，应该表述为真实美。真实主要是对于内容上的规定和要求,“它的含义有两个方面:一是纪录片表现的人物和事件必须是客观存在的,一是纪录片表现的人物和事件要与真实客观的实际相符合。”
