A Study on Morning News Program of the Provincial Satellite TV Stations
Abstract: With the growth of people’s demand of information, more and more news programs have emerged. Provincial satellite TV stations grasp the valuable period of early morning and provide the morning news program. Different from CCTV, only when provincial satellite morning news satisfies its unique regionalism can it attract audiences, especially the local people. In China, the provincial satellite TV morning news is developing differently, some excellent morning news programs like Looking to the East, Live Broadcast Jing-Jin-Ji etc. have gained very good audience ratings. However, fro some provinces, since their morning news programs started very lately, they have limited influence. This paper analyzes the success experience of provincial satellite TV morning news , found the existing problems and provide some good suggestions on their development and make it really play the role of transmit information .

省级卫视早间新闻节目研究
早间时段电视新闻节目在国外已有半个多世纪的发展历程，取得了辉煌成就。“我国早间电视新闻节目起步较晚，国内最早的一档早间电视新闻节目是北京电视台的《北京您早》。” 该栏目自1991年7月份开播至今，已经有二十几个年头。然而，这档节目并没有改变人们早间的收视习惯，真正掀起中国人看早间新闻热潮的当属中央电视台的《东方时空》。此后，从中央到地方各电视台都纷纷开办早间电视新闻节目。
我国省级卫视早间新闻近几年蓬勃兴起，省级卫视早间播出的内容由原先成本较低的电视剧变成集天气、新闻、资讯于一体的早间新闻，观众的收视习惯也随之发生变化，更多的将需求转变为资讯。同时，现代媒体的发展也为省级卫视早间新闻提供了强有力的技术支持。
早间新闻播出时间段固定，一般从早上7点到9点，各个省级卫视根据节目定位，自由安排早间新闻播出时间。播出内容从“大而全”向“专业化”方向转变，节目内容丰富多彩，专业化的新闻内容更适合不同收视人群收看。播出方式随着现代传媒技术的发展逐步实现直播，如演播室直播、与新闻现场连线，新闻时效性越来越受到重视，基本上实现了为受众服务的理念。
