试论地方政务微博的建设现状及问题

Analysis of Current Development and Problems about the Local Government Micro-blog ———The Case of Henan Province
Abstract：With the characteristics of low threshold, real-time, easy operation etc, Micro-blog has become very popular around the Chinese netizens since it enters into China. And the rapid development of micro-blog has attracted local governments' attention, so many local governments begin to launch micro-blog, aims to exercise "knitting blog for the public", opening up a new path in governance through the Internet. Recent years, local government micro-blog does have positive effects on publishing government affairs and collecting public opinion etc, while there are still some problems to be solved. This thesis begins with the current development of local government micro-blog about Henan province, analyzes the existing problems in the actual construction process to find the cause of these problems, and try to provide some useful proposals for the construction of local government micro-blog, just hoping it will be more "close to the local public" and go further.

试论地方政务微博的建设现状及问题——以河南省为例政务微博自2010年产生至今，已成为一把重要的网络问政利器，它是各级政务部门积极与民沟通、与民互动的一个重要桥梁。鉴于此，各级政务部门和政务工作者应充分利用政务微博这一新媒体，聆听民声、收集民意、接受人民的监督，真正做到为人民服务，实现以人为本的执政理念。在我国，地方政务部门和公务人员数量庞大，所以说政务微博的根基在地方，活力在一线，这也是本文着力于研究地方政务微博的原因所在。面对政务微博这个新兴事物，地方政府部门需要有一个适应期，使用时难免会出现一些不规范之处。然而，地方政务部门应正视政务微博使用中存在的问题，积极探索解决办法，充分发挥政务微博服务地方群众的实际功效。
